Download the Tangra Software Development Kit (SDK) v1.0. It contains C# examples of Add-ins and a brief documentation that will help you write your own add-ins.
If your ideas of extending Tangra's funtionality cannot be achieved using the exposed extension hooks in the SDK of you want to use a different language/technology I may be able to change the SDK so it suits your needs. Don't hesitate to contact me.
